The Meadows Condominium Community is nestled into a lovely hillside in Mont Clare, Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County, PA. This is a diverse and multi-generational community, with first-time renters and homeowners, singles, families, and empty-nesters. Mature trees and shrubs surround the 327 condominium homes, and sounds of nature. The location is very convenient to major highways, shopping centers, and cultural venues. Within walking distance are public transportation, river and canal-side hiking and biking, and various food, beverage, and entertainment options.   Condominiums vary in size and layout, including one, two, and three-bedroom, some with dens, and most being single-floor units. Monthly fees cover water, sewer, cooking gas, trash removal, snow removal, landscape and common area maintenance, and amenities.  A portion of our owners are landlords and rent their units with long-term leases. Condo sales and rentals are accomplished through independent real estate agents and landlords.   All condominium owners at the Meadows are members of The Meadows Condominium Association, with a volunteer Board of Directors elected from the membership. Amenities include a Tot Lot for small children, a basketball court and recreation field, and a seasonal community pool. Meadows volunteer committees assist the Association with community-wide social functions, as well as helping to ensure that the property and landscaping make The Meadows a pleasant place to live.
